Production and delivery time for made to order jackets is 15-20 working days. Once the parcel will be dispatched you will be notified. Tracking # of the parcel will be also provided.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Customized orders are non-refundable. However, they could be exchanged, only if the customer finds it not as per the listing description. For exchange, kindly contact us within 7 days. Exchange item will be dispatched after the receipt of the original item. Buyer has to pay for the return.
